hi. this is "olde one", also known as "suhrim" to some of you who knew me from the earlier days of my online rant fest.

i created this site.

as of 3:21 pm, september 20, 2009, i am announcing the permanent death of this project, unless one of the members of Four can convince me, otherwise.

i noticed, upon examination, that one of my pages was censored. now, this is not an automatic censoring for those who have not logged in.. nor what appears on the page. this censorship went allll the way down into the page edit mode.

they censored "****" and "****" in a poem'esque line i wrote in the beginning of my book.

NO CENSORSHIP WAS SUPPOSEDLY THE NAME OF THE GAME, AND NOW THEY'VE CHANGED IT.

ALL MEMBERS ARE TO SAVE THEIR WORK. I WILL BE SAVING A COURTESY COPY, AS WELL, FOR WHEN I FIND A NEW PLACE. I WILL BE DELETING THE ENTIRETY OF THE SITE AS SOON AS I'VE BACKED UP THE INFORMATION.

Description (In Witness's Own Words): I was watching a baseball game on network television sometime during the autumn of either 1976 or 1977. Suddenly the camera switched from the game to something suspended in the sky. The "something" looked like a three story building hanging at an angle of about 30%. One of the commentators said "what is that?" The other commentator said "I have no idea." The camera panned back to the game. A few minutes later the camera again turned to the object. One commentator said "What IS that." The other again disclaimed any knowledge about it. Again a few minutes later the camera turned to the object, this time switching to a telephoto lens. One commentator said "I want to know what THAT is." The other indicated that he would like to know as well. I waited expectantly for the evening news, but there was no mention of the incident either on the local or the national news. Eventually I almost forgot about this strange "sighting." I am (almost) sure I was watching a baseball game between Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. The game was in Cincinnati. The home team should still have a tape recording of the game, which might prove very interesting.

Pendulum Testing and Techniques

Welcome to my section of four. It is my intent to write an article about pendulum testing and how it can be used not just as a means to communicate with other spirits but as a way to communicate with one's Self across the four bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual). It behooves all of us to open a dialogue with our Selves just not to erase past karmas, but to actualize the purpose(s) of this incarnation. Pendulum testing is one means by which this can be done.

0. Introduction

The human body operates as an electrical system and can be interrogated by virtue of this property. One way of doing so is through conductive metals, eg dowsing rods or pendulums. Another is through kinesiology, aka muscle testing, which function by connecting circuits in the body and testing their strength. A "static" version of this are mudras, in which a particular circuit is connected for a particular intent or outcome. There are many, many resources out there which contain much information about all of these methods if you wish to learn more. However, the focus of this particular article will be on pendulums.

1. Choosing a pendulum

In order to pendulum test, one must have a pendulum. The pendulum has two basic components: a line and a weight. As mentioned previously, the human body is an electrical system and the best way to query this system is through the use of a conductive material, eg metal. It is important therefore that the line is made of a conductive material. A metal chain will work best for this. The weight may be of any material, be it metal, stone, or glass, so long as the weight is securely held onto the chain and has a point on the end opposite where it is attached to the chain.

So now you are at your favorite alternative new-age supply store and looking at the pendulum display. How to pick amongst all of these possibilities? Well, this is easy - pick them up and play with them! Find one that feels comfortable to hold and will respond to you. If you find yourself drawn to a particular style of pendulum, this may be the pendulum for you. If you find yourself envisioning a particular combination of chain and weight, and it is not available at your local new-age supply store, look online or make your own.

If at the end of this shopping activity and a few weeks of usage you still are not feeling particularly drawn to this method, well then perhaps this is not the best means for you to communicate with your intuition at this time. There are plenty of other ways to achieve this end, such as rune casting, tarot cards, or kinesiology/muscle testing.

2. Interacting with the pendulum

To test the responsiveness of a pendulum, ask for it to give you a "yes" response and a "no" response. Traditionally the weight swings in a clockwise motion for "yes," and a counterclockwise motion for "no." However, for you it may be different, thus asking for the "yes" and "no" responses is important.

I won't pretend to be brilliant at writing them but I will definately try.
